Deleting your LEK Study account

You can delete your account in the LEK Study app (Insoft Solutions Artur Lenart) in two ways.

1. In the app

Open the app, go to More → Account → Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted immediately.

2. By e-mail

If you cannot access the app, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address the account is registered with, asking for it to be deleted. We will delete it within 14 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we delete

• the account (e-mail address, first name, password),
• synced progress: answers, exams, favourite questions and settings,
• the list of devices linked to the account,
• Premium granted to the account.

What may remain

• Purchase data in Google Play / App Store and RevenueCat – for the period required by tax and accounting law (up to 5 years).
• Anonymous crash reports (Crashlytics) – up to 90 days; they are not linked to the account.

Progress stored locally on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
